Volunteers of the Coptic Evangelical Organization for Social Services in Cairo actively participated in the eighth convoy of the “Hand in Hand” initiative, which was implemented in El-Zohour District in Port Said Governorate, in coordination with the National Alliance for Civil Development Work.
As part of its participation, CEOSS organized a “Children’s Carnival,” featuring a variety of entertainment activities aimed at bringing joy to children.
The organization’s participation included artistic and interactive performances for children, complementing the medical and food services provided by the convoy in cooperation with the National Alliance for Civil Development Work and Port Said Governorate.
This participation comes as part of efforts to strengthen the social and recreational dimension of the comprehensive convoy, which aims to support vulnerable families and contribute to providing them with a decent life.
It is worth noting that the Coptic Evangelical Organization for Social Services has established a specialized volunteer work unit dedicated to managing volunteer affairs and building their capacities, helping to harness young people’s potential and direct it toward serving the community.
