The Dialogue of Cultures Forum works on preparing, qualifying, and activating the role of women leaders, aiming to focus on issues of gender equality in the local communities it covers through various projects and programs. The girls and women participating have presented their experiences and results that have exceeded expectations, confirming that Egyptian women have determination, willpower, and enthusiasm for change. Egyptian women demonstrate the ability to work diligently, lovingly, and persistently when opportunities arise, and they do not wait for opportunities but seek them out and create them in their communities.
