The Local Development Unit of the Evangelical Coptic Authority, as part of its activities and interventions with working children in the project for empowering at-risk children, distributed first aid kits to 15 workshops employing approximately 120 children from the community of Khair Allah. This initiative was carried out in collaboration with the Abi Sefein Charitable Association in the ancient district of Khair Allah in Old Cairo. The aim was to emphasize to workshop owners the importance of having essential tools consistently available for treating minor wounds and injuries, thereby enhancing the chances of providing a safe working environment for the children. Children were also alerted and educated about the importance of keeping the first aid kit within their reach continuously.
