Rev. Dr. Andre Zaki, president of the Evangelical community in Egypt and president of CEOSS, received the president of the “Bread for the World” organization, Dr. Rev. Dagmar Pruin and the director of the Middle East Office in the same organization, Mr. Lutz Wollziefer, today, Friday, in the headquarters of CEOSS, in the presence of a number of CEOSS leaders.
Rev. Dr. Andre Zaki welcomed the President of the Bread for the World organization, giving a presentation on the activity of the CEOSS during the past time.
During his speech, president of the Evangelical community, said: “The CEOSS contributes to serving more than 4 million citizens, and we are proud to participate in all presidential initiatives that reflect the ability of the Egyptian state and civil society to achieve Egyptian food security, and we are striving with all our might and experience to help.”
The leaders of CEOSS also provided an overview of the most important activities of the CEOSS in its different units in the field of development, dialogue, small projects and investment, as well as a presentation of its participation in the presidential initiatives, “Haya Karima” (a decent life) and the National Alliance, in various governorates of Egypt.
For her part, Dagmar praised the effective role of CEOSS in serving the Egyptian community without discrimination, and emphasized her pride in the fruitful cooperation with the CEOSS. She also expressed her great happiness after visiting a number of the CEOSS development sites in various working areas.
