Among the many initiatives adopted by the Coptic Evangelical Organization for Social Services (CEOSS) is the rooftop farming project, which aims to increase the income of small-scale farmers by utilizing agricultural crops such as zucchini and molokhia seeds.

This project is implemented by the Local Development Unit at CEOSS, under the umbrella of the National Alliance for Civil and Development Work, and in cooperation with the Agricultural Research Center, as part of the activities of the Natural Resources and Water Management Project in Qalyubia Governorate.
