“The Evangelical Authority commends the approval of the National Alliance for Developmental Civil Work law. Head of the Evangelical Authority: We are pleased with the approval of the law, which will play a role in maximizing the contributions of civil work to the development of Egyptian society. Member of the National Alliance: A solid step towards achieving the best investment in developmental work in Egypt. The Evangelical Coptic Authority for Social Services, under the leadership of Dr. Reverend Andre Zaki, commends the approval of the National Alliance for Developmental Civil Work law by the House of Representatives, following the significant success and effective role played by civil work institutions under the umbrella of the National Alliance. Dr. Reverend Andre Zaki, the head of the Evangelical Coptic Authority for Social Services, expressed his happiness with the approval of the National Alliance law, saying: “We are pleased with the approval of the law, which will play a role in maximizing the contributions of civil work and the development of Egyptian society, alongside achieving real progress in social and economic development for the Egyptian state by harnessing the vast expertise of civil work institutions.” Margaret Sarofim, a member of the National Alliance and Head of the Local Development Sector at the Evangelical Authority, emphasized the importance of the law, which represents a significant step towards achieving the best investment in developmental work in Egypt and the civil society, aligning with the provisions of Law No. 149 of 2019 regulating civil work, given the issuance of the National Alliance for Developmental Civil Work law. This law is in accordance with the constitution and Law No. 149 of 2019 regulating civil work. It is non-profit, has legal personality, and enjoys technical and administrative independence.”
